We were very impressed with the whole experience. Being that this was our first time booking a holiday using this system we were a bit apprehensive. The house was beautiful and the view was spectacular. Even though we did not rent a car we found that just walking down the street to the shopping centre was convenient and the trolley bus was very efficient. We would love to return sometime and definitely recommend to friends. Aloha!
we stayed with my two kids & their spouses; There was plenty of space for all of us. Great kitchen, great views, all around perfect.
We throughly enjoyed our two weeks at The Pali. There were six adults in our party and we found the house to be very spacious with plenty of room to have personal privacy. The solar heating system for the pool was not working so we had to use the main pool, which was not a problem. Anna Marie and Cathy of Prince properties were friendly and helpful.
We had a great stay at the Pali in Kona. The views, location and the pool both our private and the assocation. If you want a place to relax and lay back the Pali is great. Our home is ideal if you have three couple as each bedroom has it own bath. Would recommend it to all of our friends and Prince Properties,Inc were great to work with.
This was a fabulous property. We had 5 people in our group and everyone loved the home and its amenities. We would defintely stay here again. Excellent!
This was the most amazing house. Pool, view, quiet, lanai. The perfect place for us. Close to the grocery store and a farmers market on saturday. we will be back and are bringing friends as this house has everything. P.S. the girls in the office are the best ever!
This is a lovely home with a fantastic view and nice furnishings. The refrigerator did not work well even after maintenance repaired it. My other complaint would be the linens which all need to be replaced and updated.
The only complaint we have is the built-up grime on the chair handles of both inside and outside furniture, and kitchen windows, each sticky grimy patio screen door frames, and kitchen utensils which we handwashed and sterilized ourselves. The king bed was very, very hard and uncomfortable.
Given we went during the holidays, this home was very expensive for what you got. It was nice and clean, but the pool was solar heated and it was COLD. It was so COLD my kids did not want to go in it and my wife and I never went in it. There was no wireless internet, the master bedroom was very nice with great view of the ocean, the view of 8th green was hardly even a view, the house is a short distance to city for dinner and beaches are very close. Only 1 TV worked. We have stayed in a lot of rental homes all over the USA and this was OK at best. My wife and kids give it an 8 out 10 and I give it a 7 out of 10. A heated pool would have made a big differance in our stay. My kids were very unhappy with solar pool. This home has a private back porch which was very nice. Everyone could lay out in the sun without people seeing them. They had 4 snorkels and masks, along with beach chairs and towels. That was nice. They also had a lot of information about what you can do on the island during your visit. That was all handy and good to have. There many magazines for the girls to read. This is the only home in the sub, all the Villas around us had golf carts, we did not have one. The property manager, was helpful, but did not return all of my calls/voicemails. He did return all of my emails very quickly. Would I stay again at The Pali again? The answer is... only if they had a heated pool and it was less expensive. Aloha.
Brad was wonderful. He was always just a phone call away. Great service! If we had a complaint it would be that the trees should be trimmed. They block the beautiful view.
