Enjoyed the location of condo complex, quiet, relaxing atmosphere. It was close to town, but away from hub bub. Unit 135 was convenient to beach, bbq. It was beautifully renovated, comfortable bed and provided the type of respite we were looking for. Thoroughly enjoyed the spectacular sunsets. Everyone we met was friendly, but not intrusive.
We have enjoyed the Casa since the first time 17 years ago.
When we pulled up to Case De Emdeko we were a little concerned. Older building, not so nice looking on the back side (parking area). But when we opened the door to #135 we were surprised to find a nicely remodled suite! Beautiful lanai with well maintaned courtyard! I'm glad we stayed on the bottom floor! We could walk directly out to gazebo, pools, BBQ area and beach!! We were traveling with some family members and they stayed on 3rd floor. They were very unhappy because of the walk to get in and out of their suite! Lots of stairs!! I would definetly recomend this suite to anyone! infact we would stay there again in the future! Thanks Prince Properties and the owners of #135 we loved it!

The condo was very cozy and comfortable and proximity to the beach couldn't have been better; had a wonderful stay there. When I neglected to reply to an email asking if I would like to place a hold on the condo for next year, because we needed to sit down to discuss dates, etc., when we did reply with dates for 3 years running, we were informed the condo had been rented in the 5 days it took us to respond. A courtesy call asking if we would like to book the condo for 2012 would have clarified that we in fact wanted it for 3 years running, and we wouldn't have been placed in the position of having to find a condo elsewhere. An unfortunate misunderstanding. Other than that, management went above and beyond the call to make our stay comfortable.
Comfortable and it was like our home away from home. A beautiful location. Thank you for making it avaialbe for our enjoyment. Your instructions to help us find your place were very helpful. Much appreciated because of a delay on our flight arrival, we arrived when it was dark. Thank you for doing that for us.
There was little or no HOT water in the shower. By the way the shower curtain keeps slipping off the rod.
It would be helpful to renters if we could know in advance how the units are stocked. Things like salt, pepper,spices condiments, paper products, cleaning supplies, coffee filters etc. So we would pack only what we need. In this unit, we didn't need anything. We could have used 1 more beach chair. Overall, one of the best units we've had, and there have been many.
