We have stayed at Sea Village in the past and enjoyed it again. This unit is nice, well decorated, and the location is good. We had some noisy neighbors for a few nights but it was quiet after that. You will need some extra supplies at this unit (beach items, paper products, pepper, and other kitchen items) but the view and furnishings are great.
The condo was perfect-a fabulous lanai with wonderful view and within walking distance of great food and drink!We enjoyed walking and running the paths, the short distance to beach, and the nightlife! Excellent condo with all amenities and quiet evenings. Would highly recommend to anyone!
Very difficult t0 read in living room due to poor lighting. Very few hangers in the closet, also very little room to put anything because of owners belongings.
1. The chairs on the lanai need to be replaced. The legs are very rusty. 2. Cigarette smoke was often wafting over from other units and lanais. I did not realize smoking was allowed in the building. 3. Other guests were very noisy leaving early in the morning and arriving late at night. 4. Otherwise a very nice place to stay.
Unit 3310 of Sea Village is exactly the location to give us our dream vacation. We love being near the ocean and enjoying the sounds of the surf day and night. The only negative we felt was the cleanliness of the unit. It is in need of new carpeting and painting as well as a thorough cleaning. It is not a problem for us to keep up with the cleaning as we are enjoying living there, but we don't feel we should have to do a deep cleaning when on vacation. Other than that we had a great time, possibly our best vacation and will return. Many thanks to all who helped make our stay enjoyable.
We had a problem with the phone but it was never fixed

Beach chairs and bogey boards would have been nice. They were mentioned by prior guests, but none were there. These items are too bulky to travel with and are fairly inexpensive, so would have been nice to have them available to use. We have had them available at other rentals in the past. Every thing else was just fine. A nicely furnished and equipped condo.
Lovely stay - first time to the "Big Island" and fell in love with it. The bluest, clearest water made for excellent snorkeling, boogey-boarding, and swimming in the ocean. Sea Village was ideally located - a short walk to town and all of the happenings and the property is immaculate. I would highly recommend some containers for recycling. I felt terribly guilty not doing so since it is a way of life for us. The grey cat onsite was adorable. Mid-80's everyday, sunshine, gracious people, white, sandy beaches, the myriad sealife (swimming w/ turles was amazing)- it just doesn't get any better. We look forward to our next trip already...
Sherri, the represenative from Prince Reality, that I have dealt with did an outstanding job. She and Brad went above their jobs to help us locate and enjoy our last minute trip to Hawaii. I could not have asked for better service from anyone. Thanks again, Margie McCrocklin

We have stayed at the Sea Village several times before and this was the nicest unit of all. We were referred to this unit by people who stayed next door while it was being renovated. We really liked the new tile shower and the canoe coffee table. Thought the $300 damage deposit was a little over the top until we saw the quality of the furnishings. If we had furnished a unit to this standard, we would want a safety net too. We would suggest that you take a pre-authorization for this fee at the time of arrival instead of charging it when booking the unit. Another property we stayed at used this method which we think is more fair. The fee is never actually taken unless needed.
It was great up until grinding on the pool started at 8 am daily. The view and location near town is definitely a plus. The unit was very plesant, warm, and decorated nicely. Brad move us over immediatley to another room from our previous room..which was very helpful and courteous of him. He also offered to pay for dinner the first night for the inconvenience. Tip: Notice should be left for tennants occupuing the propery or cleaning staff to do smaller loads of laundry and thoroughly dry all pieces wahsed that belong to the condo. We re-washed many pieces becuase of the ill smelling traces of mildew that were still lingering. Parking was always good too.
Only one thing was a BIG TURN OFF. You need to trash the palm tree sheets - dingleberry city when I woke up in the morning. I changed them before breakfast and took a shower!!! VERY VERY BAD!!!!! After I got over THAT everything else was just fine. Great ocean front and nicely furnished. Thank you very much!!!
condo was very nice, fabulous view. the owner will need to fix some seams in the berber carpet. Other than that it was fine.

This was our fifth stay at the Sea Village over the past 7 years. Outstanding as usual! The grounds are immaculate as we have come to expect, and the pool/hot tub area was clean and well maintained. Our condo, #3310, was excellent. Everything was clean and tidy, everything worked!!. We will definitely stay again, and we may consider a purchase in the near future.
Hale Nani Nalu is about a mile from the downtown area, and a nice walk, although a tad perilous since there are no sidewalks until downtown area. There is a nice coffee/cafe shop on the condo property. The condo location was great because it is between the downtown and beaches further south, and had a lovely view of the sea. The condo itself was very nice, large, very clean with excellent guidebooks left by the owners. We heard zero noise from adjoining neighbors. It was a great stay!
I lost the directions and called the owner late at night and he was extrememly helpful, Brad is super cool. Mahalo Brad! Now I'm wistful and want to go again. If we do, we're calling Brad, Big time.
The only reason I said no is because we want to stay here again and again and didn't want to let the cat out of the bag. The condo, location, grounds and views were awesome. We are definitely staying here again when we visit Kona!
